Beneath its soaring projection dome, every performance, ceremony and celebration demanded a creative language worthy of the occasion. Developed over two years during the global uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the work demanded creativity, resilience and close collaboration across continents. Across 180 days and more than 25 million visits to Expo 2020 Dubai, Al Wasl became far more than an event space. It became the stage on which the world came together.
