Artists in Motion supported the creative and production delivery of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion launch at Expo 2025 Osaka, working as part of the wider team to shape a ceremonial experience for dignitaries, stakeholders and international visitors.

The production brought together live performance, multimedia content, music and visual storytelling to introduce the Pavilion’s presence on the Expo stage. Designed as a considered expression of Saudi Arabia’s cultural identity and future-facing ambition, the experience balanced heritage, technology and ceremony within a seamless audience journey. As the Pavilion began its six-month programme at Expo 2025 Osaka, the launch created a memorable first encounter with the Kingdom’s story, establishing a tone of cultural connection, dialogue and shared discovery.
