In 2017, Artists in Motion was entrusted with reimagining A Symphony of Lights, Hong Kong's world-famous nightly spectacle and one of the city's most recognised attractions.
Beginning with an original orchestral score performed by more than 100 musicians and recorded by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the production established a new creative foundation worthy of the scale and significance of the skyline itself. From there, the city was transformed into a connected performance, where light, lasers, LED façades and music combined to create a seamless experience stretching across both sides of Victoria Harbour.
Beyond the creative vision, the project required the coordination of one of the world's most complex permanent media canvases. By developing a flexible production framework and technical infrastructure, Artists in Motion not only revitalised the show but created a platform that could continue to evolve for years to come
